Snowmobiler Dies On Northern Minnesota Trail

(Nashwauk, MN)  --  There's been another snowmobile fatality, this time near the northern Minnesota city of Nashwauk.  The Itasca County Sheriff's Office says 67-year old Charles Alley of Shakopee died in the hospital after his sled left a trail at Mount Eide (EYE'-dee) and smashed into a tree.  Less than a week ago, 16 snowmobile deaths had already been tallied statewide which is more than double the amount from last year at this time.
