(Duluth, MN) -- Temperatures are frigid and the dogs are loving it, as the John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon rolls past the midway point in northeastern Minnesota. Marathon official Terry Riessen [[ REES'-in ]] says most of the the 390-mile route is in good shape. A father and son were competing against each other but the father had to drop out Monday.
